CRNA needs in VA - Fast paced environment

Job description

Multiple needs across 3 facilities (1 Level 1 Trauma, 2 Community Hospitals)

Schedule:

Flexible shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours

Open to 1–2 weeks/month

Minimal call (max 1–2 shifts/month, mostly beeper)

Qualifications:

CRNA with Level 1 Trauma experience

Open to VA licensing (or compact license preferred)

Comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse surgical environment

Work Environment & Cases:

100% supervised care team model (1:4)

Patient volume varies by site, ~700-bed hospitals

Case mix: Large Vascular, Neuro, High-Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic

Procedures: CRNA-administered drugs, epidurals, spinals, arterial lines (no Brachial Plexus blocks)

Credentialing:

Standard: 90–120 days

Emergency credentialing: 30–45 days

  • Flexible shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s)
  • Willing to license
  • Minimal Call 1-2 shifts a month
