Job description

• Required Shift Times: 8, 10, 12, 16, 24 hours (day shift required)
• OT: Not expected but offered
• In House Call: Preferred
• Holiday Coverage: Shift and call preferred
• Other Shift Type: Not needed; 24 hr OB available; 8s, 10s, 12s
• Cases: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Uro, GYN, Optho, Endo
• Required Specialty: General
• Willing to Accept Candidates Needing to Obtain State License: Yes
• Site Charting System: Epic
• Anesthesia Rooms: 10
• Supervision Model: MDs supervising CRNAs (1 MD to 4 CRNAs)
• MD Practice: MDs do their own cases; rare MD solo cases
• Accelerated Privileges: Temporary, 30–60 days
• Credentialing: 30 days
• Referral Bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days
