Job description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens (PACU / Recovery)

We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a locum opportunity in a high-acuity acute care hospital setting. This position focuses on PACU / post-anesthesia recovery coverage within a large, well-supported anesthesia department. No call required.

🕒 Schedule & Coverage

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Coverage Type: Scheduled only — NO CALL

Shift Options:

3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

OR 4x10-hour shifts

Some shifts may run 12–13 hours depending on workflow

Weekend Requirement:

1 rotating Saturday per month

Availability:

Weekly availability required

Prefer providers who do not rotate weeks on / weeks off

📅 Time Off Policy

All time-off requests must be submitted upfront

Time-off requests exceeding 5 consecutive days will not be approved during summer months

Trauma Designation: Level I Trauma Center

Practice Areas Include (provider may work at any):

Main OR

Outpatient surgery center

Endoscopy / GI suites

🩺 Clinical Practice Details

Primary Setting: PACU / Post-Anesthesia Recovery

Patient Population: Ages 13 through end of life

Case Volume & Support:

Large anesthesia department with extensive CRNA and anesthesiologist coverage

Coverage across multiple ORs, outpatient sites, and GI rooms

Trauma Exposure: Adult trauma across multiple acuity levels
