Schedule

○ 8-hour shifts
○ 10-hour shifts
○ 12-hour shifts
• Fast-paced rotating inpatient schedule

Facility Overview
• Level I Trauma Center
• High-acuity inpatient hospital setting
• Fast-paced OR environment
• HCA Capital Division system hospital
• Mixed anesthesia care team structure

Clinical Scope
• Broad inpatient surgical mix including:
○ Trauma
○ General surgery
○ Orthopedics
○ Complex inpatient cases typical of Level I center
• High acuity workflow requiring adaptability across shift lengths
