• Coverage Need: Urgent / immediate
• Coverage Model: Scheduled clinical coverage
• Cross Coverage Requirement:
o Provider must be willing to work across multiple affiliated sites within the system as needed

• Licensure:
o Must have active Virginia license in hand
o Facility not willing to license
• Background:
o Clean file required for accelerated or temporary privileges

• Standard Privileging: Approximately 90 days
• Accelerated Options:
o Emergency privileges: Under 30 days (clean file)
o Temporary privileges: 30–60 days (clean file)
