Minimum 2 shifts per week required
Coverage typically 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., occasional coverage until 11:00 p.m.
Shifts may cluster 4 consecutive 10-hour or 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts
CRNAs scheduled for at least 2 Fridays every 4 weeks
No overtime or holiday pay

Practice Setting: Academic/Training Hospital
Hospital Bed Size: 837
Level I Trauma Center with burn center
Support Staff: MDs and other CRNAs
Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics
Patients Per Day: Approximately 100 cases
Case Mix: General (bread and butter), trauma, endoscopy (must be able to do endoscopy cases), no OB, no pediatrics, no cardiac
Department Description: 30 ORs
EMR: Epic
OR Policies: No nail polish, fake nails, or jewelry; scrubs must cover all clothing; wipeable shoes or shoe covers required
