This ambulatory surgery center is part of a well-established healthcare network serving the Fredericksburg region, with additional affiliated hospital facilities providing comprehensive surgical and anesthesia services to the community. The facility operates at a Level 2 trauma designation and supports a wide range of surgical specialties, offering a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment.

Advanced Practice (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
- On-call beeper shift coverage needed off-site nights (7P-7A) seven days a week, and day beeper call (7A-7P) on Saturdays and Sundays only
- 2-hour minimum call back required if called in
- Flexible PRN coverage opportunity also available
- Providers who pick up Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights will receive lodging at an approved vendor hotel
- Must hold an active Virginia medical license - no out-of-state or IMLC licenses accepted
- Board certification required; estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
- Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Perform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients
- Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Manage obstetrical anesthesia cases
- Perform neurosurgical anesthesia including head and spine cases
- Handle thoracic cases (excluding open heart) and complex vascular cases
- Manage complex orthopedic cases
- Provide pain management techniques including post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Perform epidural steroid injections for lumbar and cervical regions
- Perform transforaminal injections for lumbar and cervical regions
- Manage ventilation and acute volume/BP issues
- Perform central line and PA catheter placement
- CRNA supervision experience required
- Nearest airport is DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport)
Compensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
