Outpatient CRNA

Job description

Dream Team Anesthesia is adding two CRNAs to cover a busy but relaxed outpatient surgery center focused on eye and skin procedures (almost exclusively MAC). You’ll work 4 days a week (Mon–Thurs), with no nights, weekends, or call—a great quality-of-life opportunity in a friendly, efficient environment.

What You’ll Love:
MAC-only cases (light sedation, short procedures)
Two-room setup – one CRNA per room
Predictable schedule, early finishes common - 4 days/week
Supportive, small anesthesia team culture
1099 or W-2 available (your choice)

Pay & Benefits:
$1,400–$1,600 per day (1099)
or $290k–$330k/year

Paid malpractice (including tail if applicable)

Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed CRNA in WASHINGTON
Comfortable practicing independently in outpatient setting
Dependable, collegial professional who enjoys team efficiency
