📅 Schedule
Shifts: Variable; 8, 10, or 12-hour day/night shifts
Night Shifts: 12-hour (7pm–7am)
Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Required
2 ORs – 12hr day shifts
1 OB – 12hr day shift
1 OR – 12hr night shift
🏥 Case Mix & Clinical Details
ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, Podiatry, OB, Orthopedics, Healthy Pediatric cases, Robotic procedures, Urology, Vascular (no CT or Neuro)
Expected procedures: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
Not performed: Complex Vascular, Head/Spine, Neuro
Average Cases per Day: 40–45 general anesthetic cases total (~3–4 cases per CRNA)
👥 Support & Practice Model
Medically supervised, care team model
CRNAs support:
7 ORs in main Surgery department
4 ORs at adjacent Surgi-Center
2 GI treatment rooms
1 Bronchoscopy room
1 Cath lab
🧾 Requirements
Must have CRNA certification
No new grads
Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
