Schedule
• Shift Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s
• Shift Times: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Call: None
• Availability: Open to candidates working 2–3 weeks per month; weekend availability preferred (not weekends only).
• Final schedule provided after credentialing and Med Staff Orientation.

Work Details
• Coverage Needed: 40 hours/week (3 FTEs)
• Patient Population: All ages (inpatient & outpatient)
• Facilities: 3 hospitals within 5 minutes of each other
• Primary Location: Memorial Main OR (most shifts)
• Procedures: General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting
• Hospital
• Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: West Virginia license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
