CRNA Locum Opportunity – Douglas, Wyoming

Job description

Start Date: December 15, 2025
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days / 40 hours per week
Coverage Needed: 1–2 weeks per month

Position Details

Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 RN

Practice Environment: Wyoming CRNAs are Licensed Independent Providers (LIPs) and practice independently

Setting: Small rural hospital

Case Mix: General Surgery, Spine, Eyes, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro

OB: Optional — available if desired, not required

EMR: Meditech


Requirements

Board Certification required

Wyoming license required (IMLC accepted; willing to license)

DEA required

New grads welcome — will review

Credentialing ~30 days (temps available with clean NPDB)
