Fridays – Puyallup, WA
Early morning starts
Days typically finish around 1:00–2:00 PM
Provider works at one location per day
Position Details:
Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
Healthy, low-acuity pediatric population, primarily ASA I
Efficient, predictable cases with short sedation and recovery times
Experienced clinical and operational support teams
Must be comfortable independently providing anesthesia for pediatric dental procedures
Requirements:
CRNA: Current NBCRNA certification
MD: Appropriate Anesthesiology board certification/eligibility
Active Washington license or ability to obtain
Must be comfortable independently caring for pediatric patients
Previous office-based dental anesthesia and/or ASC experience preferred
Credentialing: TBD
