Job description

**Must be 100% comfortable independently providing anesthesia for pediatric dental cases**

Specialty: Pediatric Dental Anesthesiology – CRNA
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Minimum 3 months; duration is flexible depending on provider availability. No PRN coverage.
Shift Details: 6-7 hour anesthesia days; cases typically begin around 5-6a.
Schedule: Wednesdays in Federal Way; Fridays in Puyallup. One site per day.
Call requirements: No call, weekends, holidays, or nights.

Work Details:
• Support staff: Dental anesthesia assistant available for support at some sites
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Weekly Wednesdays in Federal Way and Fridays in Puyallup
• Patients per day: Approximately 5-8 cases/day
• Patient population/age: Healthy pediatric patients, ages 2+, pre-op’d prior to procedure day
• Department description: Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia caring for healthy, pre-op’d pediatric patients ages 2+. Approximately 5-8 cases/day in an independent practice environment.
• EMR: Medaxion; provider is supplied an iPad for charting
• Special procedures: Anesthesia for pediatric dental procedures
• Skills required: Must be 100% comfortable independently providing anesthesia for pediatric dental cases
