Contract Details:
- ASAP start date after ~45 days of credentialing
- 3-month commitment with potential to extend
-Monday through Friday schedule and no call

Facility Details:
- Outpatient surgical center
- EPIC EMR
- 2 ORs

Requirements:
- Active Arizona CRNA license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS by start date
- Competency in nerve blocks
