Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM (6/23 – 9/19)

Patient Population/Age: Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal

Trauma Level: 4

EMR: Paper Charting

Required Skills: General, adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma, spinal, epidural, regional, obstetrical, neurosurgical, thoracic, complex ortho, post-op epidural and extremity blocks, x-ray guided blocks, ventilation management, and acute volume/BP evaluation and management.

Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient

Requirements:

Board Certification: Required

State License: Willing to license

Certifications Required: ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
