Why open: shortage in staff

Types of cases: traditional cataracts (some specialty cases but very infrequent)

Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days

Prefers local candidate to Tucson, AZ

Travel: mileage and lodging

Supervision: yes

EMR: paper charting

Support staff: one surgeon per day and 4 staff nurses

Patients per day: 16-20 (2 operating rooms on site)

Certifications: board certified (blocks experience preferred not required

Years of experience: 2 minimum

Looking for Wednesday coverage

Open to 2 days back to back, may explore full time availability Monday - Friday

No weekends needed

Medical Malpractice Insurance provided
