Anesthesiology
Job ID: ORD-202878-CRNA-GA
An outpatient facility is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Northwest Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
Cases typically start at either 7:30 a.m. or 8:00 a.m., and CRNAs are asked to arrive around 7:00 a.m. to set up rooms and complete pre-op preparations. Cases generally finish between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., depending on the number of cases and the physicians schedules. Case types include sedation cases with propofol, versed, and fentanyl, primarily for EGDs and colonoscopies. Occasionally, BRAVO procedures are performed, and CRNAs may assist with IVs and transport stretchers to and from procedure rooms. CRNAs work independently and closely with the GI doctor. **Check out this testimonial regarding our GA recruiter, Leanne Hoke.
