Locum Tenens CRNA – Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery – Chicago, IL – $210–$220/hr

Start Date: October 1, 2025
Techniques Required: Spinal, brachial plexus, truncal, lower extremity, interscalene, adductor, popliteal blocks
EMR: Medaxion

Requirements: 
NBCRNA Certification
ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS
Recent case logs showing experience with spinals, epidurals, and blocks
Comfortable working independently

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $210–$220/hr. (W-2 or 1099)
8-hour daily guarantee
No call, no weekends
