Skills Required: Cardiac, ORTHO, ENDO, GEN, Ophthamology, Vascular, GYN, PEDs, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma 
EMR: Cerner
Must be board-certified  
Indiana state license required  
ACLS & BLS certifications required
