The assignment is for Q1 2026 with flexible dates and shifts, typically Monday through Friday with 5x8-hour days, though 10-hour shifts may be considered. Scheduling can follow a two-weeks-on/one-week-off model or be adjusted as needed. Call is not required but available, typically one weekday per month, with 24-hour in-house OB call also available; when taking in-house call, hospital policy requires a physician to be present, and CRNAs do not take evening shifts for call. Cases will float between the hospital and outpatient surgery center, including general, bread-and-butter, OB/GYN, orthopedic, spine, cardiac, and some healthy pediatric cases at the hospital, and mainly urology, ophthalmology (eyes/cataracts), and occasional healthy pediatric dental cases at the surgery center. Case volume varies, and the staffing model is autonomous.
