CRNA Locums Opportunity –MN


Position Overview

Start Date: ASAP after credentialing

Estimated Assignment Window: 4/6/2026 – 6/22/2026 (ongoing coverage available)

Commitment Requirement: Minimum 2 weeks per month & 36 hours per week

Number of CRNAs Needed: 3

Location Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from Abbott Northwestern Hospital

EMR: Epic


Shift Options

Available shift lengths: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours

6:30am–3:00pm

6:30am–5:00pm

6:30am–7:00pm

6:30am–8:00pm

Call (optional):

Weeknight beeper call (8 hours)

Saturday beeper call (12 hours)


Case Types

No blocks

No arterial lines

No epidurals

No spinals

Patient ages: 12+

Practice Environment

Anesthesia Model: Care Team Model

MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:4

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (new grads not accepted)


Compensation

Hourly Rate: $210/hr

Overtime: 1.5x

Holidays: 1.5x

Beeper Call Compensation:

Weekend 24-hour call: $1,000

Weekend 12-hour call: $700

Weeknight 8-hour call: $400

Weeknight 12-hour call: $700


Requirements

Active Minnesota CRNA license

ACLS & BLS (Tier 2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Multisource)

Ability to meet minimum shift and hours requirements


Credentialing

Timeline: 90–120 days
