Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: yes

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 4

Number of ORs: 3

EMR: EPIC

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
