About the clinician's workday

The schedule for this position offers flexible hours, including options such as 7 am to 5:30 pm five days per week, 7 am to 3 pm, or 12-hour shifts during the day or night (with overnight OB coverage required). This role requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center. The clinician must take call one night per week and will use the Epic EMR system. On average, the clinician will supervise three rooms or work solo. Support staff includes scrub techs, RN circulators, and anesthesia techs. A fellowship is not required, and the facility will reimburse all travel expenses. The clinician must be capable of performing thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic cases, and it is preferred that they can also perform spinal anesthesia, epidurals, regional anesthesia, obstetrical anesthesia, and local infiltration.
