Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts per week or (3) 12-hour shifts; weekend availability preferred (Sat/Sun)
Time Off: All requests must be submitted upfront
Credentialing Timeframe: Minimum 30 days

Work Details

Locations: Inpatient & Outpatient GI

Patient population: Age 13 through end of life

Department size: 60 CRNAs, 70 attending anesthesiologists, 60 anesthesia residents

Coverage areas: 33 main ORs, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, 3–4 GI center rooms

Skills required: GI anesthesia, medical direction model

Cases excluded: Open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks

Requirements

Board Certified CRNA

Virginia license required

Minimum 2 years of experience (academic and Level 1 or 2 trauma experience strongly preferred)

Must be vaccinated for COVID & flu (no exemptions accepted)
