Job description

You’ll work in a collaborative rural hospital setting with no MD oversight, strong team support, and a diverse surgical mix that keeps your skills sharp.

Location: Minnesota
Start Date: ASAP! Emergency Privileging Available
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Coverage Need: 2 FTE


Schedule & Call:
- Monday–Friday coverage
- Weekday call
- Weekend/holiday call (typically 1 in 6)

Clinical Environment:
- CRNA-based practice model (independent)
- 3–4 CRNAs per shift

Facilities & Resources:
- 4 core ORs
- Dedicated Endoscopy room
- Dedicated C-section suite
- EMR: Cerner

Case Mix:
- Orthopedics, General surgery, Plastics, Podiatry, OB, Ophthalmology, Light pediatrics,

Required Skills:
- Nerve blocks, Spinals, OB anesthesia, General anesthesia, Pediatric experience preferred, Rural health experience is a strong plus

Requirements:
- NBCRNA certification
- Active Minnesota CRNA license
- DEA required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Credentialing
